Need a reliable plumber in Bruntsfield for the everyday jobs — showers, toilets, pressure, pipework? That's us.
General Plumbing & Heating in Bruntsfield
Bruntsfield Place, Whitehouse Loan and the streets around Bruntsfield Links are lined with Victorian tenement flats with shared common stairs — some still with original lead supply pipes.
Tenement plumbing has usually been altered by every owner for a century. We sort out what’s there properly, and tell you honestly what needs doing now and what can wait.
Bigger period houses come with bigger systems — several bathrooms, long pipe runs and the odd mystery valve. We’re happy to make sense of it for you.

He's an exceptionally good plumber — reliable, turns up on time, doesn't overcharge, and always leaves the property clean and tidy. It's nice having someone you can trust to get the job done properly.”
