Damp patch, dripping ceiling or a leak you can’t pin down in Bruntsfield? We find the source and fix it properly.
Leak Detection & Repair in Bruntsfield
Bruntsfield Place, Whitehouse Loan and the streets around Bruntsfield Links are lined with Victorian tenement flats with shared common stairs — some still with original lead supply pipes.
Leaks in tenements often start in one flat and show up in another. We'll trace it up the building if needed — and if it's coming from a neighbour's pipes, we'll tell you straight so you can sort it with them.
In big period houses, a stain on one ceiling can come from a pipe two rooms away. We trace pipe runs back to the source rather than guessing and cutting holes.
Reviews
“My downstairs neighbour complained that water was coming through their bedroom ceiling at 6pm. Kevin attended within 2 hours, investigated, and traced the leak back to my neighbour's own water tank — isolating the issue so they had time to contact their landlord. A great, reliable plumber, even if his jokes are mince.”
“Top group — they found the leak and replaced the toilet the same day, just a few days after the call. Very quick considering it wasn't an emergency.”
